I’ve been searching for a few engines…
Unreal Developement Kit – The unreal engine, except entirely free! This is an awesome deal!
Unigine – …The best engine… Ever…………It costs quite a bit for an indie developer who hasn’t got any money though. I’ll try out the evaluation, to see if it will be worth it for a next project
If the requirements of these engines are too much for my fellow employee’s system, we can go with
Source engine – Most adaptable engine there is. Used in half life 2.
Reality Factory – kind of a last choice, as it is a hard engine to use, with “oldschool” graphics.
Anyway, keep your hopes up that we will get an engine that is the best for your system.
